Camp director Robin Salters is the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach at the University of New Haven. She is ranked among the winningest coaches in NCAA Division II and has coached her teams to fourteen NCAA tournament appearances in sixteen years, including seven trips to the Elite Eight Championship Tournament.
During Salters’ tenure at the University of New Haven, her teams have won seven conference championships and seven NCAA Division II Northeast Regional Championships. She had coached twenty-six players to All-Region recognition including six All-America recipients.
Salters has been involved with the No. 1 Total Volleyball Camp since 1990. Originally employed as an assistant court coach, she became the Setters’ Specialty Camp head court coach in 1994 and held that position until becoming Camp Owner / Director in 2004.
The staff consists of outstanding collegiate, high school, and club coaches from all across the East Coast. Quality players from area college programs assist the head coaches. Together they teach individual and team skills and strategies, along with life lessons that help to prepare today's youth.
